Welcome to The MediaCreators. By engaging our digital marketing services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services

The MediaCreators provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: branding, advertising, social media management, content creation, video production, website development, and consulting. Scope of work will be defined in a written proposal or contract for each client.

2. Payments

All fees are due as outlined in your invoice or agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Intellectual Property

All original creative work by The MediaCreators (graphics, copy, video, code, etc.) remains our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless otherwise specified.
Client warrants that any materials they provide (logos, photos, content, etc.) are owned or properly licensed for use.

4. Confidentiality & NDA

All original creative work by The MediaCreators (graphics, copy, video, code, etc.) remains our property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless otherwise specified.
Client warrants that any materials they provide (logos, photos, content, etc.) are owned or properly licensed for use.

5. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with thirty (30) day written notice. Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to termination date.

6. Liability

The MediaCreators is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits. We do not guarantee specific results (such as rankings, engagement, or sales).

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, email providers, etc.) in service delivery. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or performance of those platforms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
